Signing up for Access

Start on the Access page. The steps are shown at the top of the page.

1. Work email

Enter your work email. We send you a sign-in link that works for two hours: open it on the same device. Personal and disposable addresses are not accepted.

The domain of this address becomes the domain of your account. It is fixed: it is the registrable domain of your work email, so jane@mail.acme.example gives acme.example.

2. Your company

We read the public pages of your website to find your company’s legal name and the names it trades under. This can take up to a minute.

• The domain is fixed. Records with your domain, or with an address on it, are always matched.
• The names come from your website. You can untick a name you do not want. You cannot add one.
• A name we do not use comes with the reason, on screen.
• Some names are checked by our team before they are used. They are shown as Under review. While they are, records with your domain are still matched.

3. Mandate

You sign an online search mandate before you pay. It is the exact text shown on screen, and it covers your domain and the names you kept, nothing else. Enter your full name and job title and confirm that you are authorised to act for your company.

If you change the names afterwards, you sign again. The signed PDF is sent to you by email and you can download it from your account.

4. Payment

Choose monthly (€39 a month) or yearly (€390 a year), excl. VAT, and pay by card. The price stays the same every year. Then the welcome page gives you the link to the app and the URL to connect your AI.
