Do I need an account to search?
No. The free search works without one: 3 searches a day. An account is needed to read the excerpts.
What does Access cost?
€39 a month or €390 a year, excl. VAT, the same price every year. You pay by card and cancel any time from the billing portal.
Which domain is searched as mine?
The domain of your verified work email. The names come from your website, and you can untick a name but not add one. Sign-up.
What does “Under review” mean?
Our team checks some names before they are used. Until then, records with your domain are still matched.
Why are names hidden?
To protect people. Your own records are shown as they are, and the others with names hidden. Privacy and data.
Why do I only see excerpts?
Access gives excerpts, in the app, the API and your AI. Full documents are not part of it.
How many searches do I have?
100 a week, shared by the app, the API and your AI. Over MCP, a count and the search of the same query within 20 minutes are one. Limits and quota.
Can I use url: or file: filters?
Not those: url:, file: and title: aren’t available on Access. You can still filter by channel and by date. Search syntax.
How do I connect Claude?
In Claude, add a custom connector with the URL https://backend.owlyscan.com/mcp/v1 and sign in with your work email. Connect your AI.
Can I search for a person?
A search that looks like a person gets counts only, on every plan.
Is the copilot workspace real?
It is a demonstration on fictional data. The app.
How do I get more than Access?
Ask for a quote for Unlimited or Ecosystem. Plans and upgrades.
