Information Usage

Data is used for service delivery, customer communications, product improvement, and marketing (with consent).

Information Sharing

We do not sell personal data. Shared only with service providers assisting operations or legal authorities when required by law.

Data Security & Retention

Reasonable protective measures are implemented. Analytics retained 14 months (GA4 default). Contact form data kept only as long as needed to respond.

User Rights

Under applicable laws: access, update, delete, restrict processing, and data portability rights.

Cookies and Analytics

GA4 audience measurement cookies set only after explicit consent via banner. Withdraw anytime via footer "Cookie Settings". Functional language preference cookie requires no consent. Contact forms currently route via internal handler (post-Formspree migration) to SitinCloud teams only.
